NIELS BIERHAUS

TELEOS-1 is an installation based on the short experimental science fiction film of the same name. The abstract space landscapes are created by means of light, distortion and miniatures. The work invites the viewer to let go of earthly norms for a moment. Enjoy this extraterrestrial experience and journey of imagination.

Niels Bierhaus is an experimental filmmaker and visual artist. His films all share a basis in theoretical and philosophical questions, in which the artist searches for and reflects on his own place in society. His visual work consists of mixed-media art and ranges from graphic design to animation. By playing with images he aims to offer viewers a new perspective to perceive the world around them.
