The animals, the leaves, the stones, and the sounds — they are all integral to how we perceive and relate to the world. According to Eady, rather than seeing ourselves as mere observers, we should consider ourselves part of the environment — a small cog in the machine that keeps the world in balance. Through this work, Eady aims to evoke a sense of curiosity and wonder in the viewer, inviting them to reflect on their own relationship with the world and its constant state of change and decay.

As an autonomous artist working in sculpture, Eady’s practice focuses on the organic world. Her work is deeply influenced by nature and explores themes such as death, decay and impermanence. She collects personal memories and translates them into physical objects, as if they were souvenirs of the invisible. Her art is characterized by a poetic quality and often carries a sense of melancholy.
